If your loved one also needs skilled nursing, we will say so plainly, and non-medical personal care often works alongside it. If your loved one has long-term care insurance, we work with it: we help you verify what the policy covers and provide the invoices and daily care notes your insurer requires for reimbursement. Connecticut programs such as the Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders (CHCPE) help eligible seniors pay for care at home; we can help you understand whether your loved one may qualify.
